I'm topping up too, every time I sell some other stock I switch the funds into SLE, its the best thing on the AIM market, as Tosca and Capital are telling us. Actually I'm surprised this isn't trading closer to the 80p bid, we all know there is no way Tosca will sell out at less than £1 and suspect they will get much more than that.

N/Delta Now To Be Hubs Of Petrochemical Industries – Osinbajo

By Bernard Tolani Dada
— Mar 5, 2017 2:58 pm |

Communities in the oil rich Niger Delta region are now to be made hubs of Petrochemical Industries in the country.

Acting President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, announced this weekend at a Town Hall Meeting during his one-day official visit to Akwa Ibom State.

He said that the Town Hall meeting was to enable him interact with the stakeholders and the people of the state with a view to identifying their problems and proffer solutions.

I can only presume that Tosca specifically, didn't take more because they simply didn't have the cash on hand at the time.

They do have a lot of plates to keep spinning, after all, including commercial property assets which were under great pressure during the time of the deal, but they obviously believe they can make money on the buys they are making now.

Capital buying more is a bit of a mystery while others are being convinced to sell. I can think of several reasons, but they'd be purely speculative at best and paranoid and provocative at worst if I mused on them. The true answer is probably only known by a handful of people at the top of these five companies:

1 Sept 2016 After Re-Admission & Placing:
Toscafund Asset Management LLP 54.41%
Amara Equity Invest S.A. 8.97%
Total Investment Solutions S.A. 8.97%
The Capital Group Companies Inc.8.46%
Optima Worldwide Group Plc 4.41%

...and I have my doubts about Optima, who allowed their holding to be severely diluted in the placing, being in the know.
