16/6/2020 22:00 | What price was the fundraise at? | richardjohn10
16/6/2020 21:46 | i) Financing resolved (it's not like the financing is a major risk at this point - the project is 17-months into a 24-month build and now largely de-risked) ii) Commencement of plant construction iii) First harvesting of salts iv) Completion of plant v) Commissioning of plant vi) Production of first SOP | 1234gold
16/6/2020 21:44 | We could have quiet spell and drop in share price to top up then. | richardjohn10
16/6/2020 21:42 | I think that's Aussie dollars so approx 60p. Anyway assuming finance is signed off and construction continues in schedule then that seems reasonable and then a further rise up until production starting in q1 next year. | homebrewruss
16/6/2020 21:27 | What news will be needed for that? 2 bagger from here. | richardjohn10
16/6/2020 21:25 | Where do you see share price by year end? | richardjohn10
16/6/2020 21:23 | Richard, all sounds ok to me. Slight increase in the cost but no big deal in the scheme of things. I guess the main thing people are waiting for is the final announcement that funding is all signed off. The RNS yesterday said 'Terms and risk allocation within the contracts have been approved by the Company's debt partner.' and 'The EPCM and EPC contracts are conditional on financial close'. so hopefully the final debt will be signed off fairly imminently.. | homebrewruss
16/6/2020 21:14 | Amazing progress. Management could not sign off the EPCM contract without implicit approval from the financiers at Taurus...simple as that. A very small lift in capex (<4%), but the contingency hasn't been used. First product now likely to be Q1 2021, so 3-months behind the original schedule under Tony's leadership...not bad given Covid-19 issues and the final debt piece coming through later than expected. Stock heading much higher from current levels. | 1234gold
16/6/2020 21:14 | Did you expect bigger rise in share price after this news? | richardjohn10

28/5/2020 11:36 | for the very detailed Q1 report, including reference to finance completion. | metis20
28/5/2020 10:46 | Another positive RNS, demonstrates a company doing what it said it will do. The ASX SO4 chart continues to be lovely - look at all that volume... 40p is indeed coming! | lord mandelbaum
21/5/2020 09:20 | Roll on 40p :) | ukgeorge
19/5/2020 11:22 | Just joined you 10,499 @24.99p | ukgeorge
19/5/2020 11:11 | I think this has helped: just serves to emphasise how well run SO4 is. hxxps://www.farmweek Also, if you look at the Aussie chart, its a dream: look at the volume chasing up the share price | lord mandelbaum
19/5/2020 10:44 | what is the funding situation? | seans66
19/5/2020 09:00 | Nice move so far today. Hopefully news on funding resolution is not far away. | homebrewruss
17/4/2020 11:13 | Yes, slightly surprised by the raise but presumably they need some more funds to keep going while they progress the debt finance or maybe even renegotiating the finance at a different rate? Anyway aside from that, good to see the chairman and ceo buying meaningful chunks in the placing | homebrewruss
17/4/2020 11:00 | Capital raise at A$0.34 equates to 17p per share. | tyranosaurus |
