RNS states the below, so end of this week you can interpret is Fri or Sun, so my guess is announcement on Monday if no resolution found:Should the Company not have made material progress with its formal sale process or with any other financing initiatives by the end of next week, the Company may need to commence planning for an administration. A further announcement will be made in due course.

DaveIn my experience suspensions seem to happen just before lunch. The peeps involved can then pop off for pre prandial drinks and have a post prandial snooze without much to bother them.

There remains a business at the Indian Saietta VNA JV, which in due course may prosper. The question for me is the strength (or not) of interdependence with JV partner Saietta U.K., and what it is worth..... And don't overlook AVTEC and HCLTech too and their Balance Sheet strengths?

@Dave even if you've lost money here. It's a learning experience. I've been told that advice can be cheap, but experience can be very expensive. In a situation like this one can learn a lot which will can help with future investments elsewhere.

@pre - the task of the MM is to keep the share liquid, they spin a parasitic profit from the difference of the buy+sell. They wouldn't want to hold any of these, they wouldn't want to be left holding the bag.

They've insufficient time to get placing away and as you say they would struggle to get it done as there would be little if any interest - mm's made it virtually impossible to make a profit here by keeping the spread large, they must have a huge overhang of stock now
