they've done an excellent job in ensuring very few make any profit - they've kept the spread wide throughout - who on earth is going to take the stock from them? II's have jumped ship with a few left to disclose. let's see what happens

@pre - the task of the MM is to keep the share liquid, they spin a parasitic profit from the difference of the buy+sell. They wouldn't want to hold any of these, they wouldn't want to be left holding the bag.

Jeez, you're not still imagining there's a business here...

They've insufficient time to get placing away and as you say they would struggle to get it done as there would be little if any interest - mm's made it virtually impossible to make a profit here by keeping the spread large, they must have a huge overhang of stock now

At this stage, in my mind, they'd have to raise enough money for at least a year and enough money to chase debtors through litigation. The don't even spin enough money for a placement note or even a usual loan. I think that the only way out of this would be a placement, but I doubt there would be any interest, not least to the cost of generating revenue. Imagine spending £10 every month to have £1 coming in before costs/expenses.

If administration is announced will it be an intra-day RNS? Why these intra-day RNSs?

Not sure they have any tangible assets.

" Could well be the seller flushed out now? "

Given the value is likely nil, does it matter (other than to sellers who have managed to get out with a little more than nought)?

Have a read at this tripe. This is what Woolley reposted a week ago.

"Our AFT140i eDrive continues to show it's flexibility. As well as being used across the EV spectrum, our low voltage axial flux motor with integrated controller aligns with the growing demand in the quadricycle market.

The projected growth of the quadricycle market at a CAGR of 9.36% from 2021 to 2030, reaching a staggering USD 41.6 Billion, reaffirms the relevance and potential of innovative solutions like ours. Saietta is thrilled to be part of this transformative journey towards sustainable mobility!"

We are 5 months past inflection point and 2 months into an exciting phase. Gott and Woolley told us so. According to their CVs these guys have strong track records and vast experience.
