RPO will only recover after they are debt free imho. check PTR, cracking RNS last week and now is debt free. on route to rerating and only way is up lol.

Lots of debt and very little cash flow to service it.
Given the heavy Russian involvement it is probably best left alone.

From May 13
Sberbank has agreed to a three year extension and a two year interest payment holiday on their $297.4 million loan, now due in April 2018. Interest payments will be waived in 2013, and interest payments in 2014 will be waived if the Company meets certain covenants.

Has there been any info on covenants and interest payments for 2014 plse?

The sad thing is that if you value this like other similar businesses eg JKX then it is heavily overvalued today.
Production is very low and falling, if it were to drop back to the 15 region I would look at a speculative punt but there is absolutely no love for this type of business today.

No comments since 9th Dec. Can anyone round up the case for investing at this low range or are things so bad.

I've bought CAD while it's quiet and this might fit the bill also.
