The Company provides notification of the following transactions relating to the interests of each of the below named PDMRs in the ordinary shares of nominal value 0.5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Share(s)") (ISIN: GB00BVFNZH21).

The transactions arise out of each PDMR's participation in the monthly partnership share purchase arrangements under the Company's HMRC approved Share Incentive Plan. All of the Shares were purchased on 10 May 2023 on the London Stock Exchange at a price of 327.77 pence per Share.
