22/9/2017 11:24 | PS: They bought today/ seems the price paid was about 4.3p. How's that possible? I didn't see the ask price drop that low today. | obmuj
22/9/2017 11:22 | For my sins which must be considerable I still have a few here but of such minimal value I do not follow too closely. Let's hope that when they convert the £ into $ the FX rate is the current relatively strong £ against the $...perhaps they will forward sell the second £600k tranche. Not quite sure why Idiens and his CFO are buying in the market at a price higher than the equity raise..I assume they are participating in the equity raise but could see no comment to that effect. | cerrito
22/9/2017 11:17 | Two director buys I see. Naturally, I remain a bit cynical on this but what can one do. Like many I am over 90% down where it frankly just isn't worth selling. I have to think that it can only go up from here, probably with more volatility on the way to paradise.......err.. | obmuj
22/9/2017 10:33 | I wonder if you pursued the following trails, what you might find ? 1) Where did all the money go from the original IPO on AIM ? 2) Where did all the money go from all following Fund raising on AIM ? 3) Who are the latest "Investors", taking at least a 65% share in the Business ? Theoretically, most Funds from 1) and 2) could have found their way into the pockets of the people behind "the Business" - Admin, expenses, "subsidiaries" ? Then, theoretically, those Funds (originally from real Investors/PIs) could have been (re)used at each significant "dilutionary Event" to provide an opportunity for the people behind "the Business" to - avail themselves of a continuously growing majority holding, pushing all genuine Investors/PIs aside ? Eventually, in theory, the people behind the "Business" could take "the Business" into Administration and due to the number juggling & dilution effects over time, on paper and at first glance only the majority Holder(s) would appear to be significantly impacted... but will have walked away with everything... theoretically of course, maybe ?????!!!!!!!! Of course in another "World", "the Business" could actually prevail and could by any measure achieve a reasonable level of success & good fortune.... | pottermagic2310
22/9/2017 10:24 | AimMafia you still think 1p is still unrealistic? | nsk1
22/9/2017 08:01 | FFS !!! You could write this $hIt... Oh !!! We did !!! LOLs 67% !!! So any existing holding is now worth just 25% of it's original share in the company.... WOW. Brilliant way for the BoD to increase Shareholder VALUE... LOLs Let's all reject it... oh... it won't matter... somebody else now owns 65% and REMARKABLY is very happy to as well ?????!!!!!!!!!! | pottermagic2310
