You know the whole setup STINKS when you see statements like:

"unrealised foreign exchange differences that arise on the restatement of the Company's loans to its subsidiaries"... does this mean the BoD are 'lending' money to unidentified "subsidiaries" (that possibly do nothing except Charge the shell/Parent company for simply existing?) and a dodgy accounting practise at "Group/Parent Company" level declares a 'loss' in relation to such dubious ?

Not impressed - as ever

Why is this Report suggesting that an "[...average Q1 2015 production of 2,100 barrels of oil equivalent per day ("boepd").]", well over 2 years ago is worth pursuing at today's prices and without exposing likely Operational setup Costs nor daily Production Costs, with Oil only worth $50/Barrel ?

I sense we're embarking on yet another hopeless venture during which time the "subsidiaries" will continue to "milk the Cow"

Have they ever divulged the Costs for completing the Seismics ?
If we have over $1m in Cash from the Sale, won't that more than cover the Costs ?
Really not bothered about the 1:100 dilution it makes no difference in the short-term... still worth almost nothing.... LOLs

What a disgrace, how do these filthy BOD members sleep at night. I wrote off this share a long time ago but I hope karma deals with BOD members eventually. I hope all share holders vote NO to all resolutions & we all (including BOD) walk away with nothing! Imho
