RMR plc ("RMR" or "the Company")

The Company announces that its online conferences have won the "Best Project"
category in the Charteris and Institute of Directors backed Electronic
Business Transformation Awards.  The award recognises the contribution of the
Company's events, such as www.forbusiness2000.com, in promoting e-business and
transforming an industry sector.

RMR's next event is www.virtualbanking2000.com.  RMR is organising
VirtualBanking2000 in partnership with the Chartered Institute of Bankers
("CIB").  Concert, a joint venture between BT and AT&T, is sponsoring the
event.  The CIB has agreed to recognise the time its members spend at
VirtualBanking2000 as Continuing Professional Development.  RMR believes this
to be a significant development in broadening the appeal of its online
conferences.
