RMR plc is pleased to announce the opening today, 20th November 2000, of its
11th online conference, GlobalInvestor2000 (www.globalinvestor2000.com).

RMR plc has organised GlobalInvestor2000 in association with the London Stock
Exchange and ING Barings Charterhouse Securities.

Online conferences recreate the look and feel of traditional events on the
Internet. Delegates with an interest in the investment markets can register
free of charge and either read or watch more than 80 presentations from
leading figures within the industry.

Delegates will be able to access new presentations at GlobalInvestor2000 every
working day until 1st December. The conference site remains open to delegates
for a year thereafter if they wish to revisit any presentations.

Don Cruickshank, Chairman of the London Stock Exchange, will today give the
opening address at the online conference.

Other speakers during the next two weeks include: Alpesh Patel, author and
columnist; Hilton Nathansan of Kyte Securities; Justin Urqhuart Stewart of
Barclays Stockbrokers and Andrew Cowley of Dresdner Kleinwort Benson Private
Equity.
