Appointment of Non-Executive

RMR plc 

RMR plc ("the Company") is pleased to announce that
Kazimiera Kantor has been appointed as non-executive
director with effect from today to replace Edmond
Warner who has resigned as a non-executive director of
the Company also with effect from today.  The Board would like to express its
appreciation to Edmond for the contribution he has made
to the development of the business during his time with
the Company.
