                      Appointment of External Fund Manager 
 
 
The Directors of the Company are pleased to announce the appointment of Sapphire 
Capital Partners LLP ("Sapphire") as External Fund Manager to the Fund on a 
rolling monthly basis commencing with effect from 29 April 2010. 
 
As previously advised, with available net cash within the Company of GBP241,124 
(figure to be provided) as at 30 April 2010, the liquidity position of the 
Company remains severely restricted.  The board continues to seek a longer term 
solution to the Company's future including its liquidity position; however there 
can be no guarantee of success.
