Rok plc ("the Company") 
 
 
The Company was advised on 11 August 2009 that three directors and two PDMRs 
purchased shares at 53.5p per share under the Company's BAYE Scheme as follows: 
 
 
Garvis Snook - 291 ordinary 2p shares 
Ashley Martin - 291 ordinary 2p shares 
Rob Olorenshaw - 291 ordinary 2p shares 
Claire Hamon - 291 ordinary 2p shares 
Julian Turnbull - 293 ordinary 2p shares 
 
 
Following these dealings and recent lapses of LTIP options, the revised 
shareholdings and interests of these directors/PDMRs are as follows: 
 
 
Garvis Snook now has a direct holding of 551,840 ordinary shares in the Company, 
 an indirect holding of 977,419 ordinary shares vested under the LTIP scheme and 
44,944 ordinary shares vested under the Deferred Bonus Plan but not yet 
exercised.  These holdings represent approximately 0.88% of the issued share 
capital of the Company. He also holds unvested awards of 1,105,223 ordinary 
shares under the LTIP scheme and 47,402 ordinary shares unvested under the 
Deferred Bonus Plan. 
 
 
Ashley Martin now has a direct holding of 626,954 ordinary shares in the Company 
representing approximately 0.35% of the issued share capital of the Company. He 
also holds unvested awards over 755,143 ordinary shares under the LTIP scheme, 
together with 30,084 ordinary shares unvested under the Deferred Bonus Plan. 
 
 
Rob Olorenshaw now has a direct holding of 43,614 ordinary shares, representing 
approximately 0.02% of the issued share capital of the Company. He also holds 
unvested awards over 420,060 ordinary shares under the LTIP scheme, together 
with 21,772 ordinary shares under the Deferred Bonus Plan. 
 
 
Claire Hamon now has a direct holding of 37,767 ordinary shares in the Company, 
representing approximately 0.02% of the issued share capital of the Company. She 
also holds unvested awards of 129,433 ordinary shares under the LTIP scheme, 
together with 8,571 ordinary shares under the Deferred Bonus Plan. 
 
 
  Julian Turnbull now has a direct holding of 439,078 ordinary shares and an 
indirect holding of 61,236 ordinary shares vested under the LTIP scheme but not 
yet exercised. These holdings representing approximately 0.28% of the issued 
share capital of the Company. He also holds unvested awards over 112,375 
ordinary shares under the LTIP scheme, together with 16,078 ordinary shares
