A notice convening the AGM has been posted to shareholders on 31 May 2024. The document will also be available for viewing on the Company's website.

 

Confirmation of change of website address

 

Further to the Company's name change announced on 30 January 2024, the Company's website address has changed to www.roadsideplc.com. All information required by AIM Rule 26 is located on the "Investors" section of the website.
