Appointment of CFO

RM2 International S.A. ("RM2" or the "Company"), the vertically-integrated innovator in pallet development, manufacture, supply and management, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jean-François Pierre (Jeff) Blouvac (41) as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with immediate effect and as a Board Member with effect from 18 September 2014.

Mr Blouvac will succeed Ash Mohindra, who has served as Chief Financial Officer of the Company since 2008 and recently signalled to the board his wish to step down after assisting the Company through its successful IPO in January of this year.

Since 1996, Mr Blouvac has worked for L'Oreal Group, one of the world's leading fast moving consumer goods companies, holding a number of senior finance and management roles and most recently serving as Chief Financial Officer of L'Oreal Suisse, responsible for all Swiss market operations and overseeing a turnover of EUR250m. He has a Masters degree in Business Administration from the Business School of Dijon and is fluent in French and English.
