The Company announces that a letter regarding the voluntary winding-up of RM ZDP plc, payment of the Final Capital Entitlement to ZDP Shareholders and Notice of General Meeting (the "ZDP Shareholder Letter") has been published on the Company's website today, for the information of ZDP Shareholders in accordance with the Articles of Association of the Company. The full letter can be found on the website https://rmdl.co.uk/investor-centre/investor-relations/ . Hard copies of the ZDP Shareholder Letter will also be sent to ZDP Shareholders.

RM ZDP plc is a subsidiary of RM Secured Direct Lending plc ("RMDL") and neither ZDP Shareholders nor ordinary shareholders of RMDL are entitled to attend or vote at the General Meeting regarding the planned voluntary winding up of RM ZDP plc.
