Boston Scientific Completes Acquisition of Rubicon Medical

NATICK, Mass., June 15  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Boston Scientific Corporation
(NYSE:BSX) today announced that it has completed the final phase of its
acquisition of Rubicon Medical Corporation (OTC:RMDC) (BULLETIN BOARD: RMDC) .
Boston Scientific previously completed a cash tender offer for any and all
outstanding common stock of Rubicon on June 1, 2005.  The tender offer was
followed by the merger of Nemo I Acquisition, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary
of Boston Scientific, with and into Rubicon on June 14, 2005.  Following the
merger, Rubicon became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Boston Scientific.
