Just checked SCSW March 24 main rec REVB EPS 0.7,0.8,1.2 for next three years ie. 1/100 of figures shown in Sharescope.

OK thanks North looks like a decimal in wrong place as Forecasts for YE 25 and 26 are shown as 80.33 and 126.64!

I've run the numbers and based on TU guidance fair value sits at around 63p per share so I have upped my longs.

As a holder of CHRY I'd like to think it has merit but who knows. I assume before investing they met with management and relied on what they were told. Since then there has been suspension, regulatory investigation and a spat between the founders and the company. As a matter of law, if a director made incorrect statements that led someone to invest, the company is liable. One would hope it is covered by D&O insurance. I know little about the company but the merits of the case will depend on whether Chrysalis were misled during the period prior to investment. And that will need more that over optimistic forecasts: it would mean being lied to. You probably know more about the board in 2021 and whether that sounds likely
