Result of General Meeting and Cancellation of the Company's Shares to trading on AIM

The directors of the Company are pleased to announce that at the General Meeting held earlier today that all resolutions were passed.

As a result, the last day of dealings of the Company's Ordinary Shares on AIM will be 8 December 2014 and De-Listing will become effective at 7.00 a.m. on 9 December 2014.

The re-registration of the Company as a private company is expected to take place on 29 December 2014.

Tender Offer

Further to the announcement released on 10 November 2014 and the Circular of the same date, the last time and date for receipt of Tender Forms or TTE Instructions from Shareholders in respect of the Tender Offer is 1.00 p.m. on 4 December 2014.

The results of the Tender Offer will be announced on 5 December 2014.

All references to time in this announcement are to UK time. Capitalised terms in this announcement (unless otherwise defined) have the same meanings as set out in the Circular.
