Notification to Press

In accordance with condition 5(e) of the Terms and Conditions of the Notes,
RMS14 plc hereby gives notice that it will repay all outstanding Principal for
all asset classes on 11 December 2006, being the "Final Interest Payment Date".
Therefore the Principal payable per note will be #3,097.93 for the Class A2a
Notes and Euro3,097.93 per note for the Class A2b and Euro3,565.00 for the Class M1,
M2 and B1a notes respectively and $3,565.00 for the Class B1b notes. All
interest payments are pursuant to the original notification and no further
interest will be received on these securities from the above date.
