Worth a read by motley fool on rentokil. A clear buy and should be in everyone’s portfolio and should see a real rise. It interesting says it is too low in price not to take a stake. We will see, would buy more on any dip.

anyone buying will have to offer over 5 quid for it for the management to even look at it. and even then they are likely to have one eye on their own jobs. peltz activism has more of a chance. he will want board seats and i expect to jettison non us arm and focus on a proper us listing.

Rto is in a strong sector Yanks love it U.K. hates it Best to list in States and get a US management in place. Peltz will either sell out or double up . Will be interesting to see what he does .

Someone bidding at15 times for 2025 looks a good deal… Will see next few days if anyone adding. Could come quickly…

technically its broken all recent support and looks awful but after this mornings earnings cuts its on just under 19 times 24 and 15 times 25 earnings. its getting to a place where its interesting on a valuation basis. lets see how it behaves tomorrow and friday.

Yes USA open could see a buying opportunity as could get a lot of interested players eyeing it over. Also would need to see management adding a few. See 2025 as the time frame for acquisition to come in. Watching and have money ready if USA opens and bigger buys.

Expect big sellers later in the day, going to be a long term turnaround and still ex divi. Await USA, could go either way

I Never understood tthe latest large acquisition a couple of years ago - said so at the time.
The numbers produced to "justify" it were just not there.

Chickens home to roost. There was a willing seller and they saw RTO coming.
I also said it would be years before value was unlocked here and so far that is correct.

Maybe if someone does a takeover and comes in to boot out the current management
probably cannot happen soon enough.

absolutely. rollins almost at a record high with no such NA issues clearly puts this at the door of management. clear execution failure. but they are certainly interesting down here with the view that someone else stirs the pot.

Expect Offer to be higher than 600p and some say 750-800p or even Higher...

Recent article indicated Analysts looking over the company. We all know that nobody accepts a First offer so expect a Second even a Third Offer.
