Renew (AIM: RNWH), the leading Engineering Services Group supporting the maintenance and renewal of critical infrastructure, announces that Mrs Dina Dasani, wife of Shatish Dasani, a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee of the Group, has notified the Company that she purchased 2,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company at a price of 1050p per share.
As a result, Shatish Dasani, and connected parties, resultant holding in the Company is 21,000 shares representing 0.027% of the issued share capital.
