Excellent news. Another 6 months or more of back and for announcements to keep this listed for us spreadbet punters.

Notwithstanding the appointment of administrators, the Company is still in negotiations regarding a potential number of corporate actions including raising additional equity financing and/or securing a financing facility and/or entering into M&A discussions and/or realising value in certain of the Group's physical and intellectual assets. However, there is no guarantee that such negotiations will successfully conclude, and should they not, any residual value to transpire from the administration process will be distributed to the agreed creditors and, should funds permit, the Company's shareholders with the Company being dissolved thereafter.

Just googled it and it can take up to a year for this process. Therefore Rene will continue to show its last trading price for up to a year and then the delisting will happen.

It's good news for spread bets. As it will be another 6 months before the share price will be confirmed as 0.

I still hoping the last price counts for spread bets on limited risk. As it will be against the law for them to go to 0.
As its like ig index have issued a debt against me that will be taken out of my Oriole position.

If they do take it out I will be going straight to the FCA since I will be seeking compensation.

I think since spread bets have their losses insured incase of a 0 suspension. They will just stay forever at 0 or it would put me off having other shares in that account.

Still months left for this to be declared as a 0.

I am using my CFD account again since I believe I have at least 4 weeks until it starts getting risky. As RENE at 0 will destroy it.

I assume today's RNS is a precursor to the going into administration notice.

If they have a technical insolvency it can go into administration and then a buyer can pick up the IP for peanuts and move it into a new company, possibly with the original board and screw over both creditors and shareholders. That's what I would do if success was imminent...and I was a C*nt.

Thankyou. My Redrock was up about 3 grand. I am tempted to just let it all ride for the result of the court case. As if they win the reward maybe my highest ever gain that I have made on a share.

I do wonder if spreadbets get any benefit if Rene go bust and end up going up 500% as a cash shell.

Well if last of cash pays off redundancy etc etc then surely at £2 mil market cap they can sell business and return something...what about the cash shell route...I've had a stock go bust then return as a shell and do 500%...early stage bios have stacks of tax losses so it could be approached as a shell

In hindsight I should of escaped from my cfd account future losses on Rene by putting it all into redrock during the time I topped up on redrock at 0.095p using some share deal funds. As redrock is in a court case for 8.5m and if they win they will use that money to fight glencore for 200m after fees.

It was always fusion antibodies the one with all the cash. I have 7 grand in them. This Rene loss delay is at least letting me build my pot back up.

Thank you. If I get enough months it maybe worth my while to sell the rest of my 7k positions on the cfd account to save a further 700 loss. I wish I could do that on the spreadbet one to save a further 3000 loss. However it has 35k in open positions and would lose to much having to buy them all back.

I believe your loss is limited to a maximum of the account balance/holdings unless you are registered as a professional client with the firm. So, they take the hit.

This will take a long long time before it is put at 0 for the spread bets and cfds.

What I do not get is how is the loss written off when you have no other shares in the account?.
But when there is other shares the money is then taken out of them.

Well I got some back by putting 6 grand into Redrock. Hopefully enough to cover this loss.
