Delays to the trials means they need more time = more cash burn and they won't have enough you get beyond 2020 without raising some more. All I'm saying is they need to get the next load of cash from a deal NOT by selling new shares.

I'm disappointed in the delay on PISCES III but deals possible by the sounds of it. They need to do deals, issuing new shares will hammer it.

Well yes, and confirmation they have started stroke trial - as clinical trials website still has it as 'new, not yet recruiting'

They usually give a market update statement on the morning of the AGM. I'm sure they're eager to get the deal done and would like to be able to announce something substantial tomorrow. Who knows?

Personally I'd like to hear more about the discussions they've been having with pharma about the stroke and exosome platforms.

I read an article that said Mr Hunt hoped it could been done sooner rather than later.

"Whoever the US company is, it now has three months to carry out due diligence and agree a deal with Reneuron – but Mr Hunt hopes that any partnership can be hashed out sooner than this."

Not necessarily: the 3 month no talking period (entered into with a US Biopharma) will end in another 6 weeks. Hopefully with a deal and cash injection of some kind.
Stay alert. It may happen when least expected.

They had better get a lively bit of dilution going on here while they have a chance!


It wouldn't surprise me if I saw a 100% dilution at c60p (0.60-old) very soon, to keep the rene cash burn furnace, glowing bright! with the colossal costs they will be incurring going forward with trials!


They will be burning what's left in the bank at an alarming rate going forward, they could possibly and potentially, double previous years burn..

rene always like to make sure thy are well funded for costly future trials and directors lifestyles, years ahead!

just saying,.. Beware Mass Dilution.. sooner than you think!

LOL, yes please do avoid anything I'm in.

I sold out of RENE in 2015/6 and have only bought back as it looked like it had bottomed at 60pish (good going from over £3.00).

Chart aside, currently the lack of news is pushing out a few board traders (as evidenced in the above posts). September would be a good time to see if the activity behind the scenes pays off. A collaboration around exosome technology platform would be my deal of choice!

Just drifting on lack of any further news I would suspect. Still have a few in my SIPP and ISA. Not worth much now but you never know.
