I think you have to ask yourself three questions:

1) Is my "bunker" shaped like a saucepan?
2) Is it full of water?
3) Am I a lobster?

As a general rule of thumb, on this thread the answer is always something more sinister...

It's getting warmer in the bunker, has the weather changed or is it something more sinister? !

Or, it is raining, but the alien spacecraft are hoovering up all the water before it reaches the ground. How else could the singing whales travel around the galaxy?

There is no species gap here on this thread. We are fully inclusive and non judgemental regardless of whether you are a singing whale (or newt), shape shifting lizard, alien life form from the planet hiding behind the sun, or hiding in the bunker under Denver Airport. Alien life forms with two kitchens living in Dartmouth Park - we might have to get back to you on that, there are limits to all this intergalactic tolerance after all.

Its the ones that think it`s enough to make anyone surly and the bloody world not ending again, then pretending it`s going to end again, and not that I feel sorry for.
But it is nice in Norfolk.
