Relax Group plc ("Relax Group" or the "Company") 
 
 
Appointment of Chief Executive Officer 
 
 
Kenneth William Gaskell was yesterday appointed as Chief Executive Officer of 
Relax Group, taking over from Paul Carter who is stepping down. Ken is an 
experienced executive and has previously held a number of senior positions 
including Chief Executive of National Car Parks Limited, Managing Director of 
Storecard Limited and Finance Director of Mothercare Limited. 
 
 
Paul, who has a number of interests in the East Midlands, founded the Company in 
1998, led its initial public offering in 2006 and has overseen the 
Company's growth since then. 
 
 
Mr. Gaskell does not have any direct or indirect interest in the share capital 
of the Company. From August 2004 to July 2009 Ken was a director of 3E Car Park 
Managers S.à.r.l. He has not held any other directorships in the previous five 
years. 
 
 
There is no further information to be disclosed under Schedule 2(g) of the AIM
