Board Appointment

The Board of Regional REIT Limited (LSE: RGL) ("Regional REIT", "the Group" or "the Company"), the UK regional office and industrial property focused REIT, is pleased to announce that Ms. Frances Daley has been appointed, with immediate effect, as a Non-Executive Director of the Company and member of the Audit Committee and Management Engagement and Remuneration Committee.

Frances, a Chartered Accountant, is a non-executive director of Henderson Opportunities Trust PLC and chair of Baring Emerging Europe PLC. She is also chair of Haven House Children's Hospice and chair of James Allen's Girls' School.

No further information is required to be disclosed pursuant to LR 9.6.13 in respect of Frances Daley.

Biography for Frances Daley

Frances Daley is a Chartered Accountant who qualified with a predecessor firm to EY, spending nine years in corporate finance, followed by 18 years in various chief financial officer roles. From 2007 to 2012 she was group finance director of the private equity backed Lifeways Group, the UK's largest provider of specialist support to adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs.
