The Company has today posted a Circular convening a General Meeting to be held at the offices of Herbert Smith Freehills LLP at Exchange House, Primrose Street, London EC2A 2EG on 2 March 2016 at 12.30 p.m. to seek shareholder approval in connection with the Disposal of the Company's Repair Services Business, Proposed Tender Offer and Capital Reduction.

A copy of the Circular will also shortly be available to view or download in the 'Investor Centre' section on the Company's website at www.regenersis.com/investors.
