Posted at 25/9/2007 08:19 by topvest That was quick. Can't help thinking this is all a bit of a stitch-up at this price. Oh well, a profit is a profit I suppose however small! No possibility of a competing bid as they have over 50%. |
Posted at 20/9/2007 14:04 by lgpixels Possible valuation for Red SquaredProfits for 2008 are forecast in the region of £400,000 (although this could be revised upwards after the resutls are issued). Companies in the sector will normally be on a forward multiple of around 12, so that would give an enterprise value of £4,800,000. If you add in the cash, which could be around £1,200.000 you could come to a value of £5,000,0000 or 18p per share. Any thoughts................... |
Posted at 19/9/2007 21:49 by topvest LOL - you may be right!Management's position may well have changed - i.e. they've got the business to break-even after a long hard slog and they are offered a nice pay-off or a better job and their share of the £2.8m. I'm sure it's not what any of them had in mind, but things have been slower than original expectation on float and so maybe this is a way of getting out at an acceptable, albeit low price. Not impressed though as I rate the management team and I thought they were going to stick with it for us! |
Posted at 19/9/2007 19:23 by mjcrockett Possible offer for RDS at around 10p announced this evening. This shareholder will not be voting in favour of accepting this.MJ |
Posted at 10/8/2007 11:37 by the analyst Bad day for the markets, RDS up 8% - blimey! |
Posted at 09/8/2007 13:34 by lgpixels Small tick up today, we could well see this trend continue as there won't be many sellers around at these levels. Would be interesting to see if any more contract news is forth coming and what its impact is on the share price (only just over a month untill the year end). |

Posted at 31/7/2007 12:10 by lgpixels I am sure ANS will buy as many shares in RDS as possible around these levels. The price of RDS looks very low considering its posative trading and profit potential over the coming years. Now following with a little more interest! |

Posted at 30/7/2007 08:42 by mjcrockett I went to a t1ps PLUS event a few weeks ago where the Chairman of ANS was giving a presentation. He was comparing the liquidity on AIM and PLUS and happened to mention that he had been trying to buy shares in Red Squared for some time, but that they were never available in any size. He made some favourable comments about RDS. I suspect that ANS will be back for more RDS shares when they can get some.MJ |
