Some may well be referring to the court award of $2.5m + $2.05m costs and compensation made
two years ago and remains unpaid.
Further to that is referring to earlier comments by the company CEO to seek redress from
Gecamines and Kamoto Copper Company.
Glencore is made up of hundreds of subsidiaries one of which is Kamoto Copper.
Gecamines is owned by the DRC.

ADVFN does have every RNS and non-RNS issued by RRR since 2006.

“Then they have Glencore to chase, only possible after securing the arbitration. Potentially that's huge. Some invested in RRR just for that. For those who don't know the background a RRR DRC licence was "stolen" (Bell's word) - and eventually brought by Glencore for $420M. Bell has said they have already taken legal Counsel and they will pursue compensation. A big figure.

The money is as good as banked. Bell's tenacity and perseverance have borne fruit. I expect $20 million as a first stage payment with the $200 million to follow shortly thereafter.

The 22nd of January is the date to mark for the calendar. I am 100% certain that the money will be in the bank. Only a few averaging down days left.

As the RNS says this is the final stage - "The Award". From past RNSs, they said there was
an agreement but the other's Legal side had been unable to get the required signature.
Also, the other Legal side wanted to, have their costs and charges guaranteed.

It now appears from today's RNS that everything required has been signed and fully agreed.

The licence was then sold on for hundreds of millions, this will be stage 2

Follow up - DRC - Conclusion of Arbitration

Red Rock Resources Plc, ("Red Rock" or "the Company"), the natural resource exploration and development company with interests in gold, base metals, battery metals, and hydrocarbons principally in Africa and Australia announces an update on the DRC further to its announcement of 6th November 2024.

Over the Christmas and New Year period Red Rock representatives met with various parties in Kinshasa in connection with the pending Arbitration result and to advance the framework agreement with Koto DRC SARL.

In relation to the former, Red Rock has received an official invitation from the Cabinet du Chef d'Etat, which conducted the Arbitration, to a working meeting of the parties next Wednesday, 22nd January 2025, at the Palais de la Nation, with the intention that the matter be concluded and payments arranged.

The Company will provide an update next week.
