Unfortunately words from an interview are generally ignored or if they are not then shortly afterwards any share gain evaporates. The market is waiting for a JORC resource at Musonoi and a returned mining license for Mid Migori. All this tied into future financing, cash reserves etc.

Hans Mende has become a Non Executive Director of Jupiter Mines Limited.

Small gold miners buoyant down under. RRR's 75% paid for interest in Mid Migori, Kenya became more valuable.

15 June 2018
Red Rock also announces, further to its announcement of 26 June 2015, that a revision to its agreement with Kansai Mining Corporation ("Kansai") of 20 June 2015 ("2015 Agreement") was executed on 11 June 2018 ("2018 Agreement").

The effect of the revision is that Kansai exchanges its 25% carried interest in the mineral assets of Mid Migori Mining ("MMM" and "Assets") under the 2015 Agreement for a $50,000 payment, leaving Red Rock with a 100% interest.

In the event of a renewal or reissue of licenses covering the Assets the Company will within three months make further payments, subject to such renewal or resissue not being on unduly onerous terms, as follows: (1) $2.5m payable in cash, (2) a $1m promissory note payable 15 months after issue, and (3) 500,000 of warrants into Red Rock shares at a price 20% above their average closing price on the three trading days prior to issue.

[ Looking at the above and due consideration of the improved outlook for gold. The value of 75% of Mid Migori to Red Rock, if and when the minister rubber stamps the renewal of the mining license, is £7.3 million ($9 million) ( 1.1p a share ), the lowest, up to £12 million ($15 million)( 1.75p a share ).These figures would be in the case of a bid for Mid-Migori...

Values Mid-Migori at US$10.00 per ounce to US$13.30 per ounce, gold in the ground

Next post shows the above to be a very low valuation ]

New video in header about investing in DRC.

To put matters straight; RRR are involved in copper and associated cobalt in DRC and not involved in gold mining, even in the slightest.

Noirua increasingly desperate here it seems. Just reposting public RNS's to push posts up the page.

Can't blame him I guess. Must be well down on his punts here.

Over on LSE poster Helpful is likewise desperate, constantly posting facile
Twitter links. He's has had money tied up in some of the £1m outstanding CLNs here for close to 2 years and imho will never now get to convert them as the conversion price is 0.8p. RRR are due to repay those CLNs this Dec. Do they have the cash for that? Will they attempt to roll them on for a third year? Or will they continue selling down the "family silver" Jupiter shares to pay the CLNs off?

Either way doesn't look good to me personally.

"appetite in UK for producing Co play,"

A combined fundraising? Novel indeed!

Could be the first major JV fundraising attempt post brexit.

I can see the price going through the roof here.

I think they should arrange their next meeting post Dubai in Las Vegas, Bali, Singapore, Hawaii, Fiji, Maldives and conclude the meetings in Mauritius.

Plan: We arrange for both chairmen to meet (Dubai) ... staged meeting to discuss all things WFE & RRR. On the agenda: discovery session, appetite in UK for producing Co play, vision for both companies and potential £100m MC. Could be the first major JV agreement post brexit 🤓

Red Rock is pleased to note the approval for the grant of licenses by the Mining Rights Board (MRB) on the mining cadastre website.

Upon receipt of official confirmation of intended grant, the Company will be invited to fulfil fee payment and registration requirements.

The grant of the licences remains subject to the approval of the Cabinet Secretary and a further announcement will be made as and when the licences are confirmed.

Andrew Bell, Chairman of Red Rock comments: "We are entering the last stage of what has been a lengthy process, and thank all involved.

We look forward to the confirmation of grant, and to renewing progress towards our aim, which is to have a producing gold mine."

Note: A project summary was included in the announcement of 22 October 2018. An updated summary will be released upon conclusion of the grant process.

22 October 2018

29.4 Mt @ 1.26 g/t Au with contained metal content of 1.193 MOz Au. · Metallurgical test work on samples from the MK prospect showed that gold recoveries in excess of 90% were achievable. · Mineralisation at all prospects remains potentially open at depth (including down plunge) and along strike of key higher grade zones.

Noirua nonsense: "so the three elements needed for the success of WFE and or RRR"

The elephant in the room there, as always, is that success for RRR means success
for the BOD. It does not equate to success for shareholders here. Never has done
imho and that's because of the staggering amounts this BOD expend in
Admin and other expenses. It strips the company of all value for shareholders

Between 2012 and 2017 this company raised over £15m from dilutive placings
In the same period it expended over £11m on admin and other expenses

Clear to see where the available cash goes. There is no shareholder value
in such a business model for the ordinary PI imho. All they will see is the
endless dilution that happens naturally as the result of a greedy BOD stripping
precious cash from the company for expenses. It's nothing but an AIM lifestyle
venture for Bell and cronies imho. DYOR
