Kezman. Yet here you are putting together a bizarre situation. Do you think the buyer even know about little old RRR on the AIM market? They are after a golf mine in Colombia. It's bizarre how naysayers will absolutely turn everything into a negative. Who are holding the 3.5% of shares in the register currently with ya name on it?

It's incredible how normally logical people can create bizzare scenarios in their heads to justify their positions.

rrrRRR etc sees an RNS stating that YA hold 3% and totally ignores previous notifications where they have subsequently advised the market that they have sold.
YA as we all know DO NOT HOLD SHARES.....NEVER.

Todays RNS has equally been interpreted in a most bizzare way.
"It also shows they are worried another bidder will step in".....seriously!!
Do people honestly believe that ???
If I were the buyer and I knew the position RRR were in I would most likely prolong the agony and renegotiate at the end of the period.
Well worth £30k if I knock a sizeable chunk off the original price, wouldn't you say. Particularly given that the number of shares issued this year must be close to the authorised limit, and therefore availability to cash is a bit iffy.

Or maybe they are queuing around the block to get their hands on the massive income generating machine known as El Limon.....let me think!!!

NMC are trying to buy more than RRR holding in Colombia. Makes it a longer process. The fact they have not paid 100 k non refundable says that they are happy so far. It also shows they are worried another bidder will step in.

Will that be for a profit, or a massive loss given what we've invested in it?

Our business model don't forget is to buy cheap assets(It's a buyer's market) , invest in them, tart them up, then sell for a decent profit(buyer's market ahem)

Kezman. Of course they converted them and kept them. We are about to finalise Colombia. That's why we have raised only a small amount. Colombia about to complete then. Great news.
