There is always the usual after hours Noirua but something is pushing the price up. That said he has the brass neck to face the investor show flack, just see them as plebs and stale bulls.

How do you mean 'russian deal is still on the table'? The Nov 2012 offer that was on the table appears to be off and there's been no mention of that party being Russian?
The slippery way they went about implying the deal has gone away has been shambolic.

Jan 21st 2014: newsletter "As other parts of RRR's business progress Greenland will naturally become less significant so the failure to sell will not be such a setback"
Feb 14th 2014: ADVFN post - "Greenland should be put to the back of investors minds"
Mar 20th 2014: request for buyers appeared on trade sale website 'mergernetwork.com'
Mar 31st 2014: newsletter "Factor the Greenland deal out of your company valuations
and don't focus on the length of time it takes to complete - or maybe not complete"

yup, as NAMA business are focussing in greenland (hence they cant wait and not doing anything else, while RRR does have other operations), hence they are seeking other buyers while of course, russian deal still on the table. one will hope russian buyer will now complete the deal asap knowing that NAMA is now seeking other buyers for NAMA's remaining stake.

NAMA "forced to seek an alternative buyer" due to heavy delays with the Nov 2012 deal.
Plan b is using an ebay style website out of sheer desperation to offload the project;

Ettie - Don't take the wrong way but you do write some deluded sh*t !

Its been apparent for four or more years that this is being run for insiders and not shareholders

So how does Bells expenses work out when he globe trots?

1 - Air travel - First class / Business / Economy
2 - Hotels - 5 / 4 / 3 star
3 - Ad hoc expenses - always / occasioanlly / never

All's well though as the cherry blossom flowers and Bell can guarantee that with his continued guidance the share price can only drop a third of a penny from here.

Still makes me laugh though when i imagine old pasty turning up for any DNi meetings - The Aussies must pis* themselves ! Or in Sudan in his Lofty get up with socks and sandals to boot !

I like the reference to the share price "settling" Only two days of April gone so far and it's settling in its usual direction.

Some have pointed out a parallel with Australia's Ram Resources in the way they took a project in the wilds of a country that shalt not be named, from grassroots to resource before halting at the monetization stage. The Motzfeld project in the less frozen south may even be an easier sell but any inability to realise value says more about market conditions than the projects themselves. It took a number of years for Ram to relaunch as a gold play through their Fraser acquisition with the project in the icy wilds put on ice. Sale activity can still happen there as it could at the Melville project. Red Rock is following that same path in a faster timeframe. The share price did settle in February and March as the market perhaps acknowledged the reframing to gold, West Africa and new funding facility reserved for exploration outlay. Those represent initial stepping stones on this path.

"Greenland remains a valid achievement but those concerned should take the obvious course of factoring it out of their valuation of the company. It is too easy to be focused on the time it takes to complete - or maybe not complete - a deal. A useful exercise would be to put Greenland in an oubliette, thus stopping thinking about it"

Astonishing for a CEO to come out with such innuendo rather than say a deal is off.

Definition of oubliette [from oublier 'to forget']
A dungeon where something unwanted is thrown in to be forgotten about

Welcome back.
In respect of JMS you could have painted the full picture you little tease !!

Issue shares in your company at a discount, in order to raise funds to buy shares in JMS to be held as security against a loan raised by issuing discounted shares in your company, to pay off a previous loan.

Isn't that about right sweetie pie?
