Red Rock Resources Plc, the natural resource investment and development company, announces that it has received notices of the exercise of 1,080,952 warrants at an exercise price of 0.84p per share, for gross proceeds of GBP9,080, which have today been credited to the Company's account. Accordingly, the Company has today issued 1,080,952 new ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company.

Admission to trading on AIM and Total Voting Rights (TVR)

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 1,080,952 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, which will rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued Ordinary Shares. Dealings are expected to commence at 8.00 a.m. on or around 27 April 2018.

Total Voting Rights (TVR)

Following the issue of the 1,080,952 new Ordinary Shares, the issued share capital of the Company consists of 536,012,471 Ordinary Shares of 0.01p each with voting rights. No Ordinary Shares are held in Treasury.

The above figure of 536,012,471 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
