Diversified Metal Holdings LLC, under the funding agreement, the details of which were announced to the market on 15 December 2022 and further delineated in the announcement of 24 February 2023, has requested that the Company issue 56,487,601 ordinary shares of GBP0.0001 each to the subscriber at a price of 0.18 pence per Subscription Share.

The Purchase Price has been prepaid by the subscription announced in the Subscription Announcement.

Following this issue, the amount prepaid stands at $348,000 with an additional $78,000 fee to either be paid in cash or added to this amount by 22 March 2023.

It does look as if gold is back on its feet again and set to push on from $1,920 as the Banking Sector reverses and people move to gold with reports of tumbling inflation.

So as long as the Red Rock - Power Metal twins get themselves together an IPO of NBGC (RRAL) moves closer.

As to Kenya, I'm uncertain about any form of IPO and I suspect the words of AB quite a while ago to sell the interest is about to come about. How much is it worth to just flog it off for cash + royalties? After previously buying the remainder it looks like $5 million with 2% royalties - sounds low I know but it is a get-rid price to get upfront cash.

The drill campaign at Berringa is now complete. Four out of the six drill holes encountered visible gold. Visible gold identified included an occurrence within the 30-metre-wide mineralised quartz vein traversed in the final hole completed, which ended before exiting the quartz.

With gold coming into focus as geopolitical, economic, and financial events unfold around the world, we look forward to announcing further results from this promising drill programme as laboratory results are received

algernon2 did well to get shares at 0.2719p.
As to POW it is a different matter as the companies are quite different. PJ is/was a director needed for recovering markets or a slumping market with a company with plenty of cash. Investors will find it difficult to accept the new low flying CEO after the last high flyer. Over and out on that one.

Berringa HIGHLIGHTS:

- The drilling has now completed, with a total of six diamond drillholes totalling 988 metres.

- The majority of drill core samples are currently undergoing assay testing at an accredited laboratory in Ballarat. The remaining samples will be delivered to the laboratory within the week with final results expected later this month.

- Four of the six drill holes completed as part of this programme encountered visible gold.
- In the final hole drilled, visible gold was encountered within a circa 30-metre-wide quartz vein which is located approximately 100 metres east of the main Berringa line of workings This represents a significantly large quartz vein intercept and it indicates the likely existence of the eastern and parallel trend of gold mineralisation.

- Due to ground conditions, drilling terminated whilst still in the quartz veining.

They are wanting 0.2875p to buy at present. A further order placed to buy at 0.275p and another at 0.28p both failed.
There are now two updates indicating Elephant Oil will IPO this week.
The market must be concerned about the CLN conversion price at 0.6p mid-year and future funding if AB is wrong about an early outcome in DRC. The ELEP IPO would add reassurance.

Red Rock shares appear to have a value between 0.25p and 0.8p in my view.

VAST is another stock that is hated by the market and the CEO is far worse than Bell. However, I did very nicely out of VAST a couple of times after it became very oversold and then rebounded strongly.Bell has a decent track record when it comes to legal issues. For example, most people didn't expect him to get the Kenya licence back but he did.

Well, I bought back just over 4 million shares at an average of about 0.275p - all 5 buy trades today.. So there we are. I have no contact either directly or indirectly with anyone involved with Red Rock.
On the day some years ago I was the only buyer at 0.2p so I'm feeling content.

valuestock has somehow dug up what seems a definite for an IPO of Elephant Oil this week starting March 13, 2023.

AB appeared to indicate an outcome at DRC before ELEP so he needs to get on pretty quickly in his immanence.

I am a gambler in AIM shares so like any sensible gambler, a backdrop is in place.

The question is how much longer can Andrew Bell keep getting away with the words 'imminent' 'near term' 'shortly' 'in the next few weeks' etc etc.

At some point something has to occur, the latest batch of 'enticements' are Elephant Oil IPO expected, the DRC arbitration conclusion and the Lithium EIA, these are the latest offerings from Andrew Bell.

Obviously if any of them come near term then you will get a share price uplift, the largest, an arbitration award of $7.5m will see the share price multi-bag.

RRR is so despised that the vast majority of the market has no idea about the company, is that an advantage or disadvantage buying in now?

The last time I felt a lonely buyer of Red Rock shares was buying at 0.20p before the explosion upwards to about 1.3p intraday. I bought shares between 0.2p and 0.8p so the eventual profit was not that much to write home about. A paper loss of £32k became a profit around £8k from memory.

This time I've done it again price wise and the average price paid works out at 0.35p. So way off the present buying price between 0.2725p to 0.2775p the first price is achievable if one works it.

A personal choice and high risk if you did not already know that.

I also took my position size down after the funding was announced. After observing how it worked I have added back my position recently as the risk/reward looks very good. Bell is on a trip to multiple locations in Africa and has gone on record to say news on DRC should be only a matter of days away.

I've finished buying Red Rock shares taking my holding back to 12 million after selling down last month on the spike. Probably the only buyer today so far - a lot of trades as I sold down BLU gradually on the runup.
Good luck as we await moves that may or may not happen short term - we shall see.
