LOL

only had £100k at year end

were in a technically insolvent position so needed to address that

add ongoing overheads + explo spending

I reckon they need to raise about £0.5m to £1.0m ?

you cant sell at 0.35

you can at 0.401....

the 1.1 mill of sells volume wise is nothing compared to the 3 days last week of 10-25 mill a day....

it does look anyone who wanted out has got out (stale bulls, fee sellers etc etc) are out...

I do expect they will raise cash IF they find anything after the fully funded initial exploration stage...

Proposed Budget:
Geophysics $250,000
Geochemistry $ 60,000
Geology $ 40,000
GIS $ 20,000
Office $ 20,00

that totals $390k or £232k

RLH have around £300k cash. dyor

contrary to what mentally ill personality disorder Holden is trying to frighten ppl by spewing RLH have aroung 300k cash which is plenty to do initial exp work and get the ball rolling. directors have previously been issued shares between .6-1.8 in lieu of salaries.

if you can get your head round the bigger picture you may have a chance of pulling off a serious gain.

which stigologist hates seeing anyone make(as he cant himself).

sell on his advice@.35 if you like- if you think a 1m cap is too high(but is suggest you read his history to see how fxcked in the head he is first!)

or hold for a few months and let it play out.

they will raise at a far higher level than this imo.atb

Hercules mine:-

"Incomplete records show that from 1912 to 1925 the (Hercules) mine produced about 2,500,000 tons of silver-lead ore averaging 7.7 oz of silver per ton, 9.4 percent lead 15 , an estimated two percent zinc, 0.3 percent copper and 20 percent iron 16 " for a total of $510/ton at modest present day metal prices, not counting iron. Certainly, something drastically different has taken place in the Hercules mine area to modify the primary mineralogy of the Bluebird type veins. It is unknown whether this grade is a result of hand sorting"

nice eh?

The Carlisle mine:-

"Some ore was processed, but the concentrate was stored awaiting completion of the
Beaver branch of the railroad"

"The ore was treated in the Hercules, Dayrock and Carlisle flotation mills. The output for 1944 was more than double that in 1943, but labor shortages prevented full production. Despite the manpower shortage, substantial reserves of low-grade ore were proven in the Amazon and Carlisle workings"

"The ore was treated in the Carlisle mil. Ore breaking at the Amazon-Carlisle group ceased August 31 due to low prices of lead and zinc. In 1950, the Monitor group (Carlisle, Interstate, Silver Tip, and Amazon) was worked by Day Mines in January and July through December. The zinc-lead ore was treated in the Carlisle mill. The Monitor group was the largest producer in the Beaver district in 1951"

That bit is just 3 of the 205 claims. Largest producer! This is a £1m market cap company!

The more I research this the more I like it. As Lenigas says, best place to find gold is where they found gold before, ie dog deeper, dig wider. Applies to this IMO. Look at the admission document from September, there is a CPR section, look at part III, Hercules mine. There is a number of mines with information there. Hercules mine produced over 3m ounces untill the 1950's. Wonder what modern tech could prove up and produce. Interestingly the Competent person also suggested other databases that RLH look at - we know RLH have been obtaining other sets of substantial data and interpreting them. Nearly time for them to tell is via RNS IMO.

theres certainly a chance here that this will turn out to be the next big RTO mover. if the directors play this right and pump out some impressive figures from initial work there is a strong possibility that this could rerate to @ a 4m cap before any further significant raising.

it may not happen but from these levels you are clearly sitting in potential 4 bagger territory atleast.however you look at it a 1m cap looks tiny.

the .60/65 resistance if broken would imo lead to a roar straight to the 2p level, which is why its such a strong resistance.its the heavy door that needs smashing open, once smashed the rerate would be swift.

they reversed into RLM by issuing at 1.8p

that's the target.gl
