Elane Stock to join RB Board, bringing deep knowledge of consumer goods and emerging markets

31 August 2018, Slough UK -Today Reckitt Benckiser Group plc ('RB') is pleased to announce the appointment of Elane Stock to the Board as a non-executive director, effective 1 September 2018.

Ms Stock's most recent executive role was as Group President Kimberly-Clark International, a division of Kimberly-Clark Corporation, a leading personal care and consumer goods company. In this role, she was responsible for business operations in EMEA, Asia-Pacific and Latin America. Prior to this, Ms Stock was Global President, Kimberly-Clark Professional where she was responsible for the division selling workplace hygiene and safety products.

Earlier in her career, Ms Stock spent many years at strategy consultancy McKinsey and Company in the US and Ireland. Since 2014, Ms Stock has been an independent director of the global restaurant company, Yum! Brands, and since 2017 she has also been an independent director of Equifax, the credit reporting and global information services company.

Commenting on the appointment, Chris Sinclair, Chairman of the Board said "I am delighted that Elane has agreed to join the Board. She brings great experience and insight of consumer goods products, particularly in personal care and wellness. She also brings wide experience of emerging markets and the changing channels of trade and consumer preferences.
