Dave, you have no idea how many if any shares any sellers may or may not have left, and nor do I. Please do not make assertions you cannot back up or make such sensationalist statements.

Online buy and sell prices are at least verifiable so more useful and interesting, but these are short-term and can change quickly - they're not indicative of anything more in terms of either share buying or selling programmes.

I can say that I've definitively heard from other companies that Miton are having to top-slice some holdings due to fund redemptions. But I know no more than you or anyone else about whether that means they've now stopped in REAT's particular case. Hopefully they have!

Think the mm's were playing games to try and encourage buying.

Total volume is nowhere near enough to clear these sellers, they have probably only sold 10% of their holdings.

Back to sub 1.38p and no problem buying a million.

A few buyers earlier are taking tiny margin profits and moving on.

I think if you wait you will get much cheaper

perhaps the sellers have sold all they are going to at the moment. Hopefully it may be clarified at the investor meet today. Sadly im off to work now so can't sit in on the meeting. im sure someone will be asking about the institution selling ?

Great to see over 10m shares traded - and now the bid price up again to 1.35p, with buyers paying the full 1.4p offer price.

This share price should be at (say) 1.6p-1.7p imo in a relatively short timeframe, and hopefully back up to Singer's 1.9p target price.

L2 suddenly looks good though 3 v 1 at 1.35-1.4p not convinced the overhangs are cleared on just 10 mil of volume

6 mil in the first 10 mins was great but now 9.6 mil with some selling amongst it is no good with 2 sellers with over 100 million shares

possibly . Some will have got an unepected bargain 5 minutes after the start as you could buy for 1.28p. well done if you did. just about every printed sell is a buy so far

Looks so obvious they are working the overhangs right from the off jeanesy.

You'll get another 1/2 holding Rns's in the next few days

disappointing as the stock is near new lows and has just been tipped in the daily mail. I am well aware of the sellers but they haven't sold any yet unless their trades show up later.

Is a pe of 8 cheap ? We are in a raging bear market for Aim smallers .No strong view either way here although maybe interested if this falls. But is a pe of 8 cheap ?

Why is very disappointing ?

You have 2 sellers competing to sell their stock so the price was certain to go nowhere

On the good side the volume in the first 10 mins is excellent, if it can sustain
then it's a good day for partly clearing overhangs

even cheaper now. I can see this finishing lower today unless they pull a rabbit out of the hat in the investor meet. Very disappointing.

It's great news, just wish that seller would clear off now. I came across this share from a video that Micheal Taylor did on YouTube

Wonder how many Mail readers are totally unaware of the 2 big sellers here ?

mm's naturally have marked it up but you have a lot of stock to be shifted before it really goes anywhere.

Be interesting to see how much volume these days a paper tip generates or will the price quickly drift back as the overhang bites ?

Great to see the write-up in the Mail's Midas column.

REAT are simply very good value at these levels:

- they produced £2.44m of operating cash flows in the recent results, against a £13.1m m/cap
- recurring revenues are up to a huge 87%, i.e around £17m. Company valuations often value ARR at anything from 2 times up to say 5 or 6 - even at the lowest level this would still value REAT at £34m - itself a multiple of the current m/cap
- I calculate Singer's forecast EPS for this year to 30/9/24 at 0.156p, so at 1.25p REAT are on a current year P/E of just 8.0, never mind going forward on increased EPS forecasts
- cash flows and balances are more than sufficient to manage deferred consideration and are predicated to allow for further earnings-enhancing acquisitions

There was also an interview with Mark Braund earlier this week. I don't recall it being posted on here.

Some selling but I was a little surprised about the negativity. Heaven forbid! A company with recurring revenue and making increased profits.

This is the sort of penny share Midas readers go for, should be huge volumes tomorrow but may not necessarily result in much movement, I suspect there’s a bit of offloading going on.

Just what we needed, a good write-up in the Press plus I hope the Board quash any fears with some solid, good news at the meeting tomorrow.

I don't see anything wrong at all, other than the odd treatment of amortisation in admin costs. They've made good progress.

I've left 1/2 in and the rest has gone on BTC as a bit of a gamble / possible excitement. The runes are all reading nicely - ducks in line etc. If it doesn't fly dramatically this year, it never will.

I know its just a token like tulips, according to the people who think gold isn't. By the time the coffee hits them it will be too late.
