Capital Reduction Update

Further to the Company's announcement on 28 June 2019 regarding the Capital Reduction, at the direction hearing held yesterday, the High Court of Justice (the "Court") confirmed that the final hearing will take place on 30 July 2019 at the Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL and further announcements will be made in due course.

Any creditor or shareholder of the Company desiring to oppose the making of an order for the confirmation of the Capital Reduction should appear at the time of hearing in person or by counsel for that purpose.

As required by the Court, a notice of the Company's reduction of issued share capital will be published in The Times on Thursday 18 July 2019 and a copy will be available on the Company's website at www.r4e.com.
