So one week and one day since trrading announcement

Since then Webb has sold out completely

Maclean has increased holdings to over 10% - I would love to know his relationship with the BOD and why he is confident to increase his holdings

News on bank deal must be due any day...!

So it looks like the bank isn't just going to pull the plug as we would have heard by now. Discussions with the corporate/Lending managers must be still ongoing as the R4E and the bank come to an agreement. The longer the longer we go on hearing nothing the better IMO.

This reminds me of HALO regarding the sell down from big holders.

II's were selling it down at all cots. It ended up going as low as 5/6p and at that point myself and other PI's come on the board.

Now only 7 months later and you can now sell the stock at 20p. That is a 4 bagger!!!

Yes HALO were not in discussions with the banks at the time (5p range) unlike R4E now, however that of course is too contributing to the share price being at these levels.

He must be confident of a resolution from the banks. He has averaged down and that could do very nicely for him. Remember unless you bought into this share in the last 2/3 days, most shareholders are holding at a loss.This is great entry price IMO but comes with big risks and even bigger rewards
