From investor as well"It's entirely possible if you know what's coming and who has already arrived. I'll be taking advantage of and further placing churn to add weight to my position and it there isn't any I'll add weight to the strength. This is the RKH at 10p period. The GKP at 8p period. The UKOG at .3p period. The Cairn at ..... Many will mock and great many will try to deflect from whats to come. But it's about the story at price and that story has the hallmarks of creating the momentum froth and excitement to propel this company to the dizzy rises the above have seen. And years from now will it be an actual big player? Possibly. Odds say unlikely-but the pressure of they story at price to take us to a bounty of gains is most certainly possible and indeed probable if these guys bring in half the assets. Assets that are being spoken of in hushed tones amongst those long term oiler players with purses bigger than those raised by the co. That sent them begging to be given a slice of the pre whipped cream pie. Hold your attention. And ask not what the assets are, but the money they can herd to the share they'll in turn allow them to, with traction raise in an accretive way to exploit them as we go. Furthermore imagine if a co so fresh to the market in its new form could be involved in drilling as soon as this winter? That can't be possible can it? Can it? Can it? I don't think you'll be able to can it! Bring on the scorpion-then await the injection of the pressurised assets myriad ....."

From investor"Take yourself a UKOG, add an FRR and multiply it by an EME and you may get close to the asset value these guys are capable of bringing on board. First sniff is a percentage of a curled scorpion. That'll sting the market to life. The follow on assets are a corked pressurised lemonade that'll not just taste like but become champagne once shaken and the pop will be heard across the UKCS and beyond. These guys aren't drillers for oil and gas-that's irrelevant as are volumetric-no they are miners of money out of the ground. They pick low hanging fruit while others fear it'll spoil so stand guard over their CAPEX war chests. They are set to conglomerate RBD into what we've all been seeking for years."

Be interesting to see if they drop the first RNS tomorrow or let it build up ready for next week. Either way I am happy.

"the two names in that RNS “Sachin and Stephen” confirmed what l was thinking. Sachin Oza, co-manager with Stephen Williams are with the Guinness Global Oil and Gas Exploration Trust.

The Guinness Trust is a fund that invests in firms in the early stages of exploration or development of energy resources which it believes will attract investment from oil majors.

Fund Managers
Guinness Asset Management, founded in 2003, has group assets under management of $1.1 billion, including
the Guinness Global Energy Fund.

Stephen Williams has 13 years’ experience in the energy sector. He was an investment analyst focussing on the
energy sector at M&G Investments from 2010 to 2016, an energy investment analyst for Simmons & Company
Intl from 2005 to 2010, and from 2003 to 2005 an analyst at ExxonMobil.

Sachin Oza has 17 years’ investment experience with the last seven focussed on the energy sector. He was an
investment analyst at M&G Investments from 2003 to 2016 and has also held investment analyst roles at Tokyo
Mitsubishi Asset Management and JP Morgan Asset Management.

If that did not give an indication of the company’s intention, why would they have these guys join the board unless a major acquisition was going to happen, l may be wrong but that is the way l am looking at it.

Two ways to look at this, RBD are going to buy in to a listed Oil & Gas company OR a private entity that is under the radar? I am not inside nor did l take part in the placing, all my research notes are from reading, diligence and trying to join the dots.

I could be completely of the mark, but reading the the RNSs, they look to be pointing to something happening within the next few weeks"

You only have to look at the people involved to know RBD has a damn good chance of going places. You don't need people of caliber like this for a small deal. Whatever the assets they have in their targets are I imagine the deal is already on the table subject to funding. There are no certainties in anything, but this is a real edge and trading with an edge is what it is all about.
