It's not all about the oil or gas, there is interest but market worried about the brexit, weekend coming and the worry about the Uk economy, you add all these factors and it's looks bleak, so I wouldn't say interest but factors as a whole around us, and yes Christmas coming, people want to enjoy those few days, can you blame the market to be slow on yesterday news, let's us enjoy the rides we have many months to delivery and this will be something of a jackpot. Share your thought and loves and kindness this Christmas xxxxx

Looks to be running out of steam, but have had a good run. Oil doesn't look to be attracting a lot of interest in general.

Always the way mate doesn’t matter what industry you are in.

I was in finance and sales and energy for years kept being made redundant so now just lecturing in a college pay not great but work life balance fantastic.

Wife has watched everyone around her made redundant and just young kids brought in on temp contracts at a third of the salary the way of the world now.

Imagine being a youngster now, I couldn’t stand it.

It's ok for me Simon, i just decided to retire, i'd survived previous culls so it was my time. Anyway, they've rehired most of the staff on temp reduced salary contracts so i'm glad i'm out.

Sorry to hear that aber.

In Cali their production costs are $14.4 dollars and they are raking in three times that.

I lost my job in the oil industry in May after the PoL had collapsed to $20 a barrel, even at that price there would be a profit here because of the difference in extraction costs. Any onshore discovery of this magnitude allows a derisk (once the flow rate is established)that offshore producers can only dream about, and it's available for under a penny a share just now. IMHO only so DYOR.

Yeah I know mate.

They could offload Cali now they would make ten times their initial investment if they drill VG7 now and give an update now they are all on full production, get another CPR report after VG7, they don’t need cash for sometime.

soul

They are so close to established facilities that is worth a premium in itself and Del Boy and Rodders have always dropped that snippet into interviews.

The onshore gas should carry a premium anyway. Surely ideal to build a gas fired power station for the area and the likes of Centrica to be licking their lips.

Think we could see II's coming on board here to get a slice of what could be a very significant revenue generator for the uk going forward...reminds me of TXP and look where that went.

So Mr Levi reckons that there could be up to 350 million barrels of oil or equivalent in place, just to put that into value(out of the ground) we are looking at $17.5 billion!

Compare that to the current value of RBD.
