Well have decided am going to buy another 1.5ml of them mate so that only leaves....come on get yer wallet out! ;)In all seriousness, it truly is only a matter of time. This is one of the "safer" companies around if there is such a thing. We have a very good chance on a few fronts too.

Fudged figures. Not good short term for us shareholders. S & S better have this right long term. Their whole idea behind Reabold was multiple spread investments in near term production that was short of cash. They have tied up most the capital in NW. Not the business model they started with.

Why would Humber after aquiring 350,000,000 at 1p sell at this price when they also have 1.4 Mil in cash

Well that might be true if we had cleared the last overhang.

small overhang of 120m shares wont take more than two weeks to clear. They could hedge the remaining two thirds by shorting which would create further pressure, however given the impending action and newsflow they would be more likely to just hold and sell into news on high volume days. But to be clear, this really now is about WN - Ant and Dec have to deliver on their confidence in the asset

That and issuing cash strapped Humber 350m shares, 33% of which are not locked in and the remaining 67% only locked in for 3 months. Consequently another huge overhang to clear to add to the last.

I think it might be down to the lack of risk spreading which Reabold were all about when they started the company. They are heavily invested and exposed to one project.

With yesterdays news, this is merely a waiting game now. The drag of Humber, who were having problems for quite some time, is gone and the project interest gained at low cost will enhance the overall value for shareholders here. I've taken a little more now after sitting out of the markets since Covid-19 started crashing it. Think once field activity starts, there will be a buildup and rush ahead of ewt and drill results. Here's hoping WN delivers the goods and we realise a proper return on investment.Cash

" Reabold Resources (RBD) announced the conditional acquisition of a further 16.665 per cent. interest in West Newton, plus a £5 million “Discretionary Cash Facility” with “death spiral” potential. It’s good news for Union Jack Oil (UJO), less so for RBD shareholders. "

Paid out £1.4m cash plus 350m shares ( currently 60p ).
So a total of £3.5m at current value for an extra 16.6% of West Newton, That's £41m ++ on the NPV.

'Cash is King' and well funded for any eventuality with £5m extra available if called upon.

Money makes money..

A time to relax and enjoy the ride. Get ready for an upward share price Summer trend, IMO.

DDDD.
