ADL farmed into Colter, 8% for 10.67% of well costs (capped £8mln). But I found this bit of the RNS intriguing;


"Corallian has also conducted preliminary mapping of a separate area around the
98/11-1 well, south of the Colter prospect, which indicates that there is the
potential for Prospective Resources of up to 27 million barrels of recoverable
oil. Further definition of this separate area will be possible once the
results of the Colter well (98/11a-E) are available"

The present share price may be disappointing for holders but it will pop northwards when we least expect it.Patience will, IMO, be handsomely rewarded.

Clearly M&G had some more insight about these Cali assets, suprised we are still below 1p with basically 100% more BOPD + gas than expected.

Multiple wells on VG-3 + Swell + Grizzly island all low risk, if they all come off then looking at insane numbers. Not sure what they plan to do, sell it on or keep it going either is good.

Is just amazingly good for RBD. Add The big ones Monroe Swell and Grisly island and California is a company maker.Total NPV there is about $250m

At a rough estimate a couple more wells on VG-3 could bring about £6million-£7million a year just on this one site alone!

Yea I take it as an error on gas numbers if not then it will be the asset deal of the century.

Either way gas is a bonus and BOPD is significantly higher than expectations. More drills on VG-3.

Amazing result, trimmed my expectation was actually thinking it might be around 100 BODP total.

Also anyone good with gas numbers as they look huge? Could be a mistake on the numbers?
