Market cap 7m.8m in cash / no debt significant £150k director buys recently West Newton 56% WI – To Drill H2 & funded. Europe's largest onshore *gas* discovery almost 200bcf. Is within PEDL183 which is a huge licence area, with multiple other targets similar to West Newton.

They would be stupid not to now as they have both purchased a fair whack and they also promised us shareholders they would either do this or pay a dividend after the receipt of their funds and the permission given to do a share buyback.

After the cash received from Shell and the previously announced cash balance there seems a good chance they have far more money in the bank than the current market cap, without the assets...or am I missing something.

Loan to LNEnergy

On 26 March 2024, Reabold provided LNEnergy with a £0.5 million interest-bearing loan facility. LNEnergy had drawn down the full facility as at the date of publication of this report. The interest-bearing loan with LNEnergy has interest charged at the Bank of England's base rate plus 0.75% and has a maturity date of 25 September 2024. The loan includes a clause that allows Reabold to convert the loan into ordinary shares of LNEnergy at maturity.

...tucked away in the annual report, it seems LNe is very short of cash, of course as one of our two flagship projects, LNe has Reabold by the short & curlies, any time they need cash RBD has no choice. Perhaps it's time for an LNe IPO?
