Tomorrow is the 10 days then, or is it working days. well, what ever the news it is not going to be good. I still think that no one wishes to invest in Ram Vision, but if it was out of the way the other bits may have a chance. Any comments.

It is looking as though Irish eyes have not been smiling on RAM and if so I will be sorry to see your losses realised but I guess that is all part of the casino we refer to as AIM.

For what it is worth, I think that RV has to be out of the way before we can move on.

Would only say take particular note of the words used i.e. that this is filing of an intention to put RV into administration. It does not mean that RV is already in administration.

The RNS plainly says that "...the board of RAM Vision Ltd. continues to pursue options for it to continue as a going concern...if none becomes available in the next ten days the appointment of an ad1ministrator will become effective"

So ok, the possibility of administration of RV is very real and I would not seek to downsize that but I do think the RNS suggests a 10-day period of grace during which other options may yet emerge.

Either way, the situation would see the future RAM being one without RV. I understand the sentiment but I disagree that this doesn't leave much. Importantly, I think it may well leave the Group pretty much debt-free and, presumably subject to the outcome of the RV situation and/or new funding and/or new deals, who can say what may well be planned for RAM Interactive? Nor would I dismiss the potential of the 30$ of TrainFX over the next few years given the earlier announcement of multi-million contracts and preferred supplier status.

Take ram vision ltd out and it doesn't leave much left.
putting it into administration at least means no payment for lay offs.
surprise it cant be sold to one of the big boys.No doubt the vultures will be their once its gone into admin.
We will have to hope trainfx receives more contracts.

Another CEO who announced possitive RNSes in 2012??

It definitely only relates to RV, not RAM the listed co. I've seen badly written reports on the RNS e.g. on London South East that are confused and misleading to say the least.

This appears to only relate to RV.. and what this means for the parent company is unclear.Hard to be anything other than pessimistic though.The existing board has been nothing but on the back foot through all of this... would be nice to see some fight with the support of Ruffer... maybe it's all in the background but we need to see it now !!!"T"

Update regarding RAM Vision: Notice of intention to appoint administrator

Following the announcement made and the suspension of the Company's shares on 4 September 2013, the board of RAM announces that it has been informed that the board of RAM Vision Ltd., its wholly owned subsidiary, has today filed at court an intention to appoint an administrator. The appointment of an administrator for RAM Vision Ltd. would have no immediate effect on the solvency of the Company but would remove its main trading subsidiary while leaving the RAM Interactive activities and its 30% shareholding in the TrainFX joint venture with the Company.
Whilst the board of RAM Vision Ltd. continues to pursue options for it to continue as a going concern, if none becomes available in the next ten days the appointment of an administrator will become effective.
Shares in the Company will continue to be suspended from trading on AIM until further notice.
