Afraid not.
commitments else where.
If you attend hopefully you will be able to receive a full picture of where the company is going.

Anyone going to the RAM AGM next week ?

I see it's in London, rather than Watford for a change !

I've registered my attendance, but having written to RP regarding its content and been ignored, I remain undecided as to whether I'll go.

Why do you think their is a New CEO and the Ceo has left quickly or should we say pushed out.I think Ruffer knows what the future holds.

Ruffer are losing over 90% on some of the money they have put into this, and a pretty big percentage on most of the rest of their investment in RAM. You could have said they knew where the company was going and what contracts were under discussion every time. Everyone gets investments wrong.

Ruffer would know where the company is going forward and what contracts are under discussion in the rail industry let alone else where hence their investment.
Its a shame we have not had an update on how this year is going.

I think Ruffer are in so deep and have got it so wrong that they need to keep supporting the company to avoid embarrassment.

Well I wonder if the RAM renaissance continues unabated, albeit under a shroud of secrecy ?

Whatever is actually going on with StreamTV is taking an inordinate amount of time... what is probably more disappointing, is the lack of an update.

The prospect of huge dilution hanging over us, has not helped at all.... just as well Ruffer are supportive ( and patient ).

I hold enough of these to make a long term recovery very profitable... just wish there was a little more evidence of it.

Cant understand why the share price didn't go back up with the buys.
Seems the mm are holding the price down.
We need to see the next lot of news before the placing.

Morning Cgod

Yeah... to be expected as time meanders by...

May be a bored holder... may be a creditor selling the stock they were recently issued in lieu... who knows.

No buying interest with this ongoing silence....

Morning Genises

The forward statement in the prelims was so non commital and uninformative, it offered very little to the prospective investor and so we are left to amuse ourselves.

This StreamTV thing is frustrating the hell out of me and you do start to doubt whether the BoD can close out a deal of this supposed magnitude. Along with the concerns over at what cost the deal we be made to the expense of existing shareholders, as its always us that suffer !

Infinite patience is not, unfortunately, a virtue I have been gifted.

Waiting for the full rebirth.
Looks as if we are just a few investors in Ram may be a dozen who posts.
All looking forward to the next lot of announcements.

T...given that they were in from the rebirth, I think it's pretty clear to them that they didn't. What is probably more to the point now is that they are clearly actively supporting the new business plan - whatever it may be, in its full form!

Afternoon All

So now the pressure of releasing the prelims is off, are we now to be left in the dark until the next obligatory RNS, probably the interims ( normally released around late September ) ?

Maybe me, but you sensed they were happy to get the prelims out of the way and come away fairly unscathed. Does the proposed funding now drag on even further... being 8 months since first mooted... so little known on what is proposed to be a company changing proposition.

Hope I'm wrong, as boredom will set in for some investors currently holding, sooner or later.

The money might not go to RAM, but its not for NGP.

I hold them too unfortunately.
