Treasury Shares

RA International Group PLC (AIM: RAI), a specialist provider of complex and integrated remote site services to Humanitarian, Governmental and Commercial organisations globally, announces that 13,154 ordinary shares of GBP0.10 each (the "Ordinary Shares") were transferred out of treasury in settlement of certain employee share options. Settlement of the transfer will occur on 28 June 2021.

Following the transfer, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue and admitted to trading on AIM will remain at 173,575,741, comprising 1,870,058 Ordinary Shares held in treasury and 171,705,683 Ordinary Shares with voting rights. The figure of 171,705,683 Ordinary Shares should be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
