There is this contract the Cherokee have for Abu Dhabi. Seems it was renewed in Jan this year. Maybe the Middle East one but they do pick up US contracts so a great partner to have.

Confirmation that results will be next Tuesday - plus news of two contract awards in the Middle East and East Asia from an existing client, which is an encouraging validation.

In particular, the U.S. Department of State must be pretty choosy as to who it works with. More detalis of contract value etc to be revealed later:

The technical analysis is still looking strong despite the Company releasing no positive news since the 15th of December last year.

Just good to see a bit of positive movement and surprised if we're not blue again tomorrow...surely another contract award is imminent so would be good to get a bit of momentum again before Finals land next month.

It's worth re-iterating to any new investors that Canaccord Genuity have an initial price target of 80.0p from a broker note released last month.

Looking promising for a move up from here.

With the market quote currently @ 47-49, the underlying Bid is 48.2p for decent quantity with less than 2k shares available to buy online.

Have decided to top up in my ISA holding this afternoon. If there are any downturns on the Nasdaq then imagine Rai is unlikely to be too effected. Hoping they continue to develop the moat around their niche making them the one stop shop for all these govts and miners and 3rd sector agencies out in the middle of nowhere.

I think a progressive dividend policy is already in place. I really like RAI and have been accumulating over the past couple years..just a shame it,s like watching paint dry. They need another monster contract award to get things moving and then we'll be 75p+. May get something in the Finals.

Have started a position here as hoping the results will have a decent outlook based on construction projects having resumed and last years work slightly delayed moving things to this year. End of year results aren't going to be fantastic but still fairly profitable and with the potential for converting the big order book over next few years. Had a look through the big wins and there is one that is going to make up half the current annual revenue starting just after half way through this year and ramp up over 2 years. It feels very cheap based on the strength of the balance sheet as well, have they made many comments on forward looking dividends over next few years? Could have a lot of cash within a year or 2.

RAI have moved to 'Super Stock' status on Stockopedia this morning with a Stock Rank score of 89 and a Value score of 81.

Once Covid-19 related effects pass this should clear the way for the share to seriously re-rate over the next couple of years.

"And we may be pleasantly surprised for 2021 with any significan deferrals of work from 2020."
Surely specific deferals into 2021 from 2020 MUST be baked into 2021 numbers as they are being presented now! i am not having it that the broker forecasts won't incorporate this "bonus" now.

Conservative ok ref non deferred work thats fine but surely i am not the only one who was expecting EPS something closer to 6p + for 2021 rather than 3.7p? - perhaps i am alone here expecting more based on comments from everyone else. :)

Gawain, mnay thanks for the new Canaccord note.

An initiation of coverage note by a newly appointed house broker will generally be pretty conservative in nature in my experience, allowing for future upgrades. Especially with the 2020 results due in the next couple of months.

I too believe there's large upside here given the growing order books. And we may be pleasantly surprised for 2021 with any significant deferrals of work from 2020. In the meantime I'm happy to hold too see the share price reflect the newly forecast 8.3p EPS for next year.

Lets look at what said December

This reflects positive contract momentum during the period supporting a growing order book into 2021. A breakdown in revenue by service channel is set out below:

Ref construction

These suspended contracts have all subsequently restarted and we continue to deliver this work, however, as highlighted in September, the delays have led to a significant deferral of revenue to 2021.

And this summary
However, the risks associated with potential delays are increasingly offset by our growing order book, providing a stronger contractual baseline for the business year over year.

So I was hoping for positive momentum starting the new year - rather than backwards compared to 2020. I have no idea if these numbers are ultra conservative let’s hope so but surely they are more likely to simply be mouthpiece for the company.

To be fair to the company they have advised ref uncertainties as follows but the line below is directly followed by the comments above. No biggie it is what it is I was just hoping for something more positive.

Looking ahead, we expect COVID-19 uncertainty to continue to influence customer decision-making, and this may affect the timing of commencement of new projects.
