Timing of Results
Quixant (AIM: QXT), a leading provider of innovative, highly engineered technology products principally for the global gaming and broadcast industries, announces that it has been informed by the Group's auditor, KPMG LLP, that they will not sign any audit opinions or consents for release of preliminary results for listed companies until after 5 April 2020 following FCA guidance. The Group's final results and annual report due to be announced on 31 March 2020 will, unfortunately, therefore be delayed to 6 April 2020.
Quixant intends to announce a trading update on 31 March. As announced on 22 March 2020 the Board believes the accounts to be substantially complete and confirms that as at 29 February 2020 net cash was $18.5m.
